External KB Revamp (Chris)

Alright, I'll kick off trying this space out by outlining the External KB Revamp! I know I already shared it with the team, but everyone has been bogged down by new features and we haven't really had a chance to get started here.

Here are the relevant docs thus far:

See Step 1 for where we will start. Each of us have been assigned some articles to look over and start categorizing for easier navigation / access. I'm hoping we can get this kicked off by next week. Let me know if you have any questions!

Updates:

3/26: The revamp is going to to be split into four steps:

1. Grouping articles by ease of navigation
   1. Include deciding which articles can be merged
2. Editing + Permissions Tagging
   1. This will be the biggest step of this project: editing each article to ensure they are up-to-date and well-written; adding “permission” labels/tags to each section (so each role knows what they can and cannot do); and merging articles together.
3. Replace Accordians with Tables of Contents in each articles
   1. This can probably be done congruently with step 2.
4. Work with Product to get an in-app FAQ feature going.
